This was the second home I purchased in the past 4 years. My family and I just moved to Utah from Hawaii and we were looking for a good lender. After speaking with Michael from Advocate Home Loans, Inc. I knew we found the right company. He was upfront about all the fees and was always available to answer my questions. After comparing his rates with two nationally known mortgage companies I estimated that my savings with Advocate Home Loans, Inc. was roughly $2800 in points, not to mention that I received a lower interest rate over the life of the loan. I was skeptical at first, thinking that his offer was to good to be true. In the end everything went smoothly and the numbers were exactly as we discussed. To top it off on the day of the closing Michael gave me instructions to call him on his cell phone if anything came up. I happened to know that it was his daughter's graduation that day. That is customer service! |
